Session Structure:
•Talk Therapy (approximately 45 minutes): Engage in a confidential talk therapy to explore personal challenges, emotions, and thought patterns. Heidi's expertise provides a supportive environment to delve into mental and emotional landscapes.

•Mindful Movement (approximately 45 minutes): Transition into a tailored yoga practice that complements the therapeutic discussion. This movement segment aims to embody insights gained, release resistance, and cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body.
About Heidi Sormaz:
Heidi holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University, completed a Post-Doctoral Respecialization in Clinical Psychology, and is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor. As the founder of Fresh Yoga in New Haven, CT, she brings over two decades of experience in both academic and practical settings. Her unique approach combines evidence-based psychology principles with yoga and meditation practices, offering clients a comprehensive path to self-awareness and growth.

Sessions are 90 minutes.

Although Heidi does not take insurance directly, a super-bill can be generated at the end of the month for you to submit to your insurance company.
